The essence of ‘WhatChuLove’ is to be a collection of things I love the most and be able to share it with you.
My philosophy is simple really. I do not see the point in keeping what I learn, see and know, to myself.
Sharing for me, is a gift to others and to myself. Sharing is caring.
I will be sharing about food, exercising and music. Food is my stress relief, my therapy. Crossfit keeps me in shape, proves to me that I can be push myself even further beyond what I thought was once impossible. Music soothes my soul and transports me to places.
